Fulfillment
Since nearly everything we do is made-to-order, your items should arrive on your doorstep within a reasonable time period (this is usually within one to three weeks depending upon the complexity of the job). We will send you a delivery confirmation e-mail the day your goods leave our design studio.

Giftwrapping
We are happy to provide our signature gift wrapping for any of our items for $6. Simply add gift wrapping to your order upon checkout.

Express delivery
We are happy to provide express shipping to your order. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to Post Office boxes.

Returns
little ideas is a small company that handmakes virtually all our designs. To that end, all orders are considered final once you complete your transaction. In the rare occasion that your product is damaged upon receipt, please notify us before you make the return. You must return the product(s) within 14 days after purchasing. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. Purchase transactions are fully encrypted and secure through our shopping bag's Authorize.net software.
